1. Roasting process
The raw material iron ore generally contains a lot of high-priced metal oxides, bound water, sulfides and sulfates. Roasting is a process of dedrying, dissolution, air oxidation and reduction of iron ore under moderate temperature and atmosphere standards, so as to improve the chemical properties and organic chemical composition of iron ore into furnace.
2. Sintering process
Sintering is a process in which molten iron ore or solid-solid reaction between iron ore and calcine produces liquid phase to wetting and bonding iron ore particles. After refrigeration, a sinter with sufficient compressive strength with porous structure is produced. Sintering is a process in which the surface of a chemical substance is reduced. Powder ore has a higher particle size distribution, and its specific surface area is higher than that of block ore of the same quality, and the mineral area decreases after sintering.
